Working principle
Impact crusher is a crushing machine that uses impact energy to break materials. When the machine is working, driven by the motor, the rotor rotates at a high speed. When the material enters the action zone of the plate hammer, it will impact and break with the plate hammer on the rotor, and then it will be thrown to the counter device to break again, and then bounce back from the counter liner to the plate hammer action zone to break again. This process is repeated, and the material will enter the first, second and third counter cavities from large to small to break again. Until the material is broken to the desired particle size, it is discharged through the discharge port.
