The PLA polylactic acid fully degradable foamed board production line adopts a double-machine series high-foaming sheet production process, with environmentally friendly CO2 as the foaming agent. It is independently developed and manufactured by our company and holds multiple invention and innovation patents as well as utility model patents. Tongjia Machinery has currently developed a series of models for the production of PLA fully degradable foam sheet production equipment, including three specialized mechanical products: TJPLA65/90, TJPLA100/130, TJPLA135/150, and TJPLA75/150. The production capacity is 100kg to 300kg per hour, the width of the produced products is 600 to 1200mm, the thickness is 0.5 to 8mm, and the foaming ratio is 20 to 30 times.
