POF Three-layer Co-extruded Heat Shrink Film Blowing Equipment

This equipment is a double-bubble forming method polyolefin (POF) heat shrink film blowing unit independently improved and developed by our company after absorbing and digesting advanced technology. This equipment adopts a uniquely designed PP/PE/PP three-layer co-extrusion superimposed die head, an inner and outer cooling forming system for tube billets, a double-station central rotating winding system, automatic tension control, and a linear pressure regulating module for temperature control. This unit can be optionally equipped with an American NDC online automatic thickness gauge, a computer centralized control system, etc. This unit features low power consumption, high output, simple operation and convenient control. The POF shrink film produced here is characterized by high transparency, softness, low-temperature resistance, high shrinkage rate and uniform thickness
