Key points of the new process:

The online heat treatment of the materials is carried out without the need for the oven step in the old process. After extrusion and compounding, it can directly enter the stretching machine.

Spool diameter:

In the new process, the spool diameter can reach 1000mm (for four layers), and it can be increased to 32 layers. In the old process, the spool diameter was only 550mm (for four layers), and it could only reach 20 layers.
