PPC series gas box pulse dust collector product introduction

The PPC series air box pulse bag dust collector combines the advantages of different bag dust collectors such as chamber reverse blowing and pulse jet dust cleaning, overcomes the disadvantages of poor dust cleaning strength in chamber reverse blowing, pulse jet and filtration at the same time, and has the characteristics of integral dust cleaning in separate chambers. This series of dust collector adopts large size pulse valve, has the characteristics of strong dust removal ability, good effect and long service life, and can be widely used in building materials, metallurgy, machinery, chemical industry and other industries.


Outstanding advantage

1, the ash cleaning principle is advanced, no spray pipe, but the pulse valve is installed on the side wall or top cover of the box, so that the ash cleaning air is sprayed into the upper box and the space gas is pressurized, and then the energy is transferred to the filter bag to achieve ash cleaning; At the same time, the bag changing operation saves the process of disassembling and installing the spray pipe, which is convenient to replace the filter bag and easy to operate;


2, the use of large size pulse valve, reducing the number of pulse valves used in the whole dust collector, thus reducing the maintenance workload of the pulse valve;


3, the use of off-line cleaning technology for compartment back blowing pulse cleaning, not only to avoid the online dust dust generated by the secondary flying "re-adsorption" phenomenon, but also does not affect the normal continuous operation of equipment operating conditions, improve the cleaning effect, extend the filter bag service life;


4, suitable for high concentration dust removal, such as O-Sepa separator, the grinding system gas dust concentration of up to 1000g/Nm³, PPC type air box pulse bag dust collector can be directly processed.


Working principle

Under the action of the induced draft fan, the dust-containing gas enters from the inlet of the dust collector and turns to the ash hopper through the inclined partition. Due to the slow airflow speed, the coarse particles of dust in the gas fall into the ash hopper under the action of inertia and gravity, and the fine dust particles enter the filter chamber along with the airflow direction. After filtration and purification by the filter bag, the dust adheres to the outer surface of the filter bag, and the purified gas enters the upper cleaning chamber. The clean air from each branch room is collected in the cleaning room, sucked out by the traction fan and discharged into the atmosphere; The cleaning process is to cut off the clean air outlet air duct of the chamber first, so that the cloth bag of the chamber is in a state of no air through (separate chamber stop air cleaning); Then the pulse valve is opened and the compressed air is used to pulse the ash, and the exhaust valve, pulse valve and ash discharge valve are fully controlled by the programmable controller.
