Performance characteristics:

◆ The TJ-MSC series of special extrusion equipment for wood-plastic boards features stable performance, energy conservation and high efficiency.

◆ Made of 38CrMoALA high-quality alloy steel with a bimetallic coating on the surface. Screw barrel with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity design.

◆ The cooling of the screw core adopts an oil constant temperature system with automatic temperature control to enable the material to reach a good plasticizing state. A vacuum exhaust type screw cylinder is used to fully evaporate the moisture in the material and ensure the product quality.

◆ It is driven by a DC motor with stable output and large torque, and is equipped with ABB or British Continental speed regulators. The extrusion output is large and the efficiency is high.
