It uses high-efficiency conical twin-screw extrusion and is equipped with a forced cooling system for extrusion molding. The wood-plastic boards produced are environmentally friendly, moisture-proof, anti-corrosive, and do not deform. They are suitable for wood processing methods and can be recycled repeatedly.

Performance characteristics:
◆ The TJ-MSB series of special extrusion equipment for wood-plastic boards is equipped with a DC motor drive with stable output and large torque, as well as American ETD or Parker speed regulators. It features stable performance, energy conservation and high efficiency, and a large extrusion output.
◆ The cooling of the screw core adopts an oil constant temperature system with automatic temperature control to enable the material to reach a good plasticizing state. A vacuum exhaust type screw barrel is used to fully evaporate the moisture in the material and ensure the product quality.
◆ Brand low-voltage electrical appliances, precise control and simple operation. It can also be equipped with high-end programmable computer control, making the entire line fully intelligent.
