Photovoltaic Module Frame Pultrusion Production Line

Polyurethane pultruded composite materials are applied to the frames of photovoltaic modules. Compared with aluminum frames, the advantages of composite material frames are reflected in many aspects: excellent mechanical properties, outstanding corrosion resistance, a thermal expansion coefficient comparable to that of glass, which is conducive to the long-term performance of module packaging, lower cost than aluminum alloy frames, and the possibility of no grounding, further reducing costs. This equipment is controlled by an interactive HIMI touch screen. The pultrusion speed, temperature and clamping force are all displayed and controlled on the touch screen to produce two products at a time. It is equipped with automatic alarms for oil temperature and oil filter blockage, and the traction speed can be adjusted steplessly. The main electrical and hydraulic components adopt internationally renowned brands, featuring high sensitivity and low failure rate. It adopts pneumatic up and down cutting, pneumatic pressing and pneumatic tracking. The cutting saw blade is a toothless saw blade.
