1.Conveying equipment

2. Air compression system

Compress the air to a certain extent and convey it stably.

3. Split-type pulse cyclone dust removal and crushing unit

A fan wheel type rotary knife is adopted, and the fixed knife is used for impact, shearing and grinding. During the crushing process, an airflow is generated in the chamber, which flows out along with the finished product through the screen. The fineness of the crushing can be determined by replacing the screen. This unit utilizes the relative motion between the movable gear disc and the fixed gear disc to crush the materials through the impact and friction of the gear disc and the mutual impact among the materials.

This machine is a water-cooled pulse cyclone dust removal pulverizer. During the operation of the equipment, the pulverizing blades in the chamber rotate at a high speed, which can produce a cooling effect.

4. Mixer

The small resistance movement of the mixed materials in the cylinder. The forward and reverse rotating screws are installed on the same horizontal shaft to form a dynamic hybrid environment. The double-layer helical blade has an outer helical layer that gathers the material from both sides to the center, while the inner helical layer conveys the material from the center to both sides, which can create a vortex during the flow of the material.

5. Packaging machine

The assembly line packaging includes: packaging machines, filling machines, sealing machines, coding machines, strapping machines, vacuum machines, shrink machines, vacuum packaging machines, weighing packaging machines, etc. The packaging machine is controlled by a color touch screen and a dual-axis output PLC to complete bag making, metering, filling, sealing, coding and bag cutting.
