A company in India has been engaged in quartz, silica sand, and mixed materials processing for more than 30 years, is one of the large quartz processing factories, there are enough quartz and silica ore, these ores will be processed into different particles and powders according to customer requirements, and sold to resistant materials, glass, ceramics and other factories for use.

II. Solution

The Indian company needs to purchase a ball mill to grind quartz sand & silica sand mixed powder with a feed size of 25 mm and an discharge size of 250-350 mesh. After detailed understanding of the specific working conditions and specific needs of the Indian company, Zheng Mine machine engineers selected a dry ball mill with a diameter of 2.2 meters and a length of 11 meters for the customer. Due to the production of impurities such as metallic iron during the grinding process, our engineers designed high-aluminum ceramic wear-resistant lining and stainless steel feed pipe slots to effectively prevent these impurities from entering the quartz powder.
