Working principle
The raw material grinding usually adopts the edge drive mode, and the material to be grinding enters the inside of the mill continuously and evenly through the feeder. The motor drives the mill barrel to rotate through the reducer, and the material first spirally enters the mill bin along the hollow shaft. The grinding medium and material are subjected to the friction force and centrifugal force generated by the rotating movement of the cylinder, and are brought to a certain height, then they are scattered and poured out in the shape of the material curtain, and then the material is hit and ground by the grinding body, and the finished product is discharged from the mill. After the qualified material is selected by the sorting equipment, the unqualified material in the recirculating powder system continues to return to the mill to be hit and ground by the grinding body until the fineness is qualified.
