Rod mill

Rod mill is a steel rod mill loaded in the cylinder body, generally using wet overflow type, but there are two series of dry and wet production, supporting the main motor power 22-1600kW, can meet the 0.62-250t/h range of various materials grinding needs.

Capacity: 0.62-250t/h

Model: φ0.9×1.8-φ3.6×5.4

Rod mill product introduction

The rod mill is a steel rod mill loaded in the cylinder. Rod mill is generally wet overflow type, widely used in artificial stone sand, concentrator, chemical plant power department.

Outstanding advantage

1, the characteristics of the rod mill is that in the grinding process, the grinding medium and the ore are in line contact, so it has a selective grinding effect;

2, the product particle size is more uniform, less over crushed ore;

3, when used for rough grinding, the processing capacity of the rod mill is greater than that of the ball mill of the same specification, and vice versa;

4, stable operation, energy saving, high output.

Working principle

The principle of rod mill and ball mill is basically the same, but the grinding medium is different. The rod mill takes the steel rod and part of the material to the bottom of the bin by rotating the barrel, while the ball mill takes the steel ball or steel section and part of the material to the bottom of the bin by rotating the barrel to smash the material.
