Working principle

Drum pelletizing machine is a kind of pelletizing equipment that makes the mixture into particles by rotating the cylinder. The drum granulator is composed of a frame, a barrel, a transmission device, a retaining wheel and a connecting shaft. When working, the gear motor drives the sprocket to drive the retaining wheel to rotate, and the retaining wheel drives the cylinder with a certain inclination Angle to rotate at a low speed under the action of friction force and centrifugal force. Under the action of friction force and centrifugal force, the mixture rises to a certain height with the cylinder wall, and then rolls down under the action of gravity, and the rolling material and the rising material produce relative motion and roll into a ball. The material ball moves from the high end to the low end along the direction of the cylinder axis while rolling in the circumference, so that the finished particles are discharged from the low end.
