Rotary kiln refers to rotary calcining kiln (commonly known as rotary kiln).
Our company can produce: straight barrel kiln, dumbbell kiln, plug kiln and other kiln types, can come to test.
Output: 50~1000 tons/day
Fuel: Natural gas, coal, gas, biomass (rice husk), oil, etc
Applicable materials: limestone, dolomite, all kinds of sludge, zinc-containing ash, magnesite, bauxite, bauxite, medical waste, kaolin, rare earth, titanium dioxide, contaminated soil, building waste, cement raw materials, lepomica, spodumene, aluminum-ash slag, etc.

How it works:
The material is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high end) chute. Due to the tilt and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls along the circumference and moves axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (low end). The material keeps rolling and moving forward in the rotary kiln, the heat source heats the rotary kiln, and the material heats up and reacts in the rotary kiln; The reacted material is discharged from the kiln head and enters the next process.
