In December 2016, a construction materials company in Indonesia contacted our company, indicating that they would like to purchase a set of river sand grinding equipment. In January 2017, I communicated with GYF foreign trade personnel to explain the data requirements of grinding materials, plant area, product capacity and fineness. After the full demand of the other party, with many years of project and equipment manufacturing experience, our company for its equipment selection, layout and process design. After many friendly communications between the two parties, after the equipment, process and electrical plans were determined, two sets of Φ3x12m ball mills were ordered, and the purchase contract was signed by the two parties on January 06, 2017. In the process of project implementation, our company arranged engineering and technical personnel to the site for technical services, after a month of production debugging, river sand output, fineness reached the agreed requirements, equipment operation is stable and reliable, acceptance completed in May 2017.
II Solution
This supply of river sand powder grinding ball mill 2 sets, sand powder fineness requirements of 350 mesh, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1, according to the customer material grindability data, production capacity product requirements, for customers to develop the process, equipment selection, combined with the site plant area reasonable planning equipment layout.
2, according to customer product fineness requirements, give full play to the grinding capacity of the equipment, choose the barrel diameter ratio of 3 double bin pipe mill, and install the rubber flange liner in the mill to meet the grinding requirements.
3, the load of the grinding body in the ball mill is appropriately increased, and the steel ball with smaller particle size than the normal grinding is selected to strengthen the grinding requirements.
4. Arrange technical engineers to command installation on site, provide technical guidance and services, and increase the reliability of equipment operation in the later stage.
5, after the installation of equipment debugging program design, planning, clear and reasonable operation steps, clear problem handling measures, to ensure that a short time to reach the standard of production.
