Screw conveyor

Screw conveyor product introduction
Screw conveyor is a continuous conveying equipment without flexible traction mechanism, which is divided into tubular GX and trough LS two series. Mainly used for conveying such as: Coal, slag, cement, grain and other small viscous, not easy to caking powder, granular and small block materials, this series of equipment is generally used for horizontal or slightly inclined (inclination β≤15°) direction of the loose material short distance continuous transportation, and in the transportation process can be mixed, stirred, the working environment temperature of -20℃ ~ 50℃, the equipment can be used to transport the material. Conveying material temperature is less than 200℃.
Outstanding advantage
1, because the conveying process is completely closed operation, and the improved sealing structure ensures no dust leakage, truly realize clean and environmentally friendly production, especially suitable for dust, hot (below 200℃) and strong odor material transportation;
2, after wear-resistant treatment, the spiral blade is more wear-resistant and stronger than the traditional ordinary spiral blade, which can significantly improve the service life of the spiral;
3, according to the user's process layout requirements, multi-point feeding and multi-point unloading;
4, the improved groove structure, the overall stiffness has been greatly improved and the conveying resistance is smaller, wear is also smaller.
Working principle
When the material is added to the fixed trough from the feeding port, the material accumulated in the lower part of the trough under the combined action of the gravity of the material and the friction of the trough does not rotate with the spiral blade *, but moves forward under the action of the rotating spiral blade until it is discharged from the discharge port, so as to achieve the conveying of the material.
