Working principle
The temperature in the secondary combustion chamber is controlled at 1000~1200℃, and the secondary air supply device can adjust the residence time of the flue gas in the secondary combustion chamber to ensure that the residence time of the flue gas is greater than 2s, and adjust the air supply volume according to the oxygen content of the flue gas at the outlet of the secondary combustion chamber. Flue gas cooling process: In order to rapidly cool the flue gas after combustion to avoid the re-generation of dioxins, water and air heat exchangers are set up after the secondary combustion chamber. After the high-temperature flue gas is exchanged with the water heat exchanger, it enters the two-stage air heat exchange, and the flue gas temperature is rapidly reduced from 1100℃ to 200℃, and enters the subsequent treatment facility. The cold water is heated from 40℃ to 65℃ after heat exchange, and can be used by users. The cold air is heated from 20℃ to 200℃ by the air heat exchanger, which improves the combustion efficiency and saves the cost of heat source.
