The construction of the factory is aimed at grinding raw materials into finished cement products according to their ratio requirements, and packaging and shipping according to demand. In the construction of this project, the requirements of high environmental protection and high automation ensure the smooth implementation of the project.
II. Project process
In June 2019, a cement company in Southeast Asia planned to build a cement grinding station due to market demand. After contacting our company online, the customer recognized and trusted the technical capability, manufacturing and processing strength and past project experience of our company's machines, and signed a set of cement grinding preparation equipment with our company in early 2021. The grinding system mainly includes impact crusher, ball mill, O-Sepa high-efficiency powder separator, cement storage bin, bucket elevator, conveyor and other equipment, the production program design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning are responsible for our company. This grinding system can produce 60 tons of cement, using pre-crushing and high-efficiency powder separator, and setting bag dust collector reasonably at multiple feeding points. It has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and high productivity.
The equipment of the project was successfully delivered in May 2022, and the customer is currently in the process of installation and commissioning, and they are satisfied with our equipment and services. The following delivery photos are for reference.
