Steel slag is the waste residue produced after the decarbonization, desulfurization and dephosphorization of pig iron in the process of steelmaking, and is composed of oxides of calcium, iron, silicon, magnesium, aluminum, manganese, phosphorus and other elements. After grinding, it can be used as solvent and raw material in iron and steel smelting, cement mixing material, clinker-free steel slag cement concrete bonding material, which is widely used in metallurgy, building materials, industry and other industries. Our steel slag ball mill is a specially developed steel slag grinding equipment based on the characteristics of steel slag grinding in cement, mineral processing and other ball mill technology.

Steel slag ball mill product introduction
The power consumption of steel slag is higher than that of limestone and cement clinker, and the grinding difficulty is higher than that of limestone and cement clinker, and the yield is lower. According to the steel slag produced by different furnace types, slag discharge time and treatment methods in steelmaking process, our company optimized the structure of ball mill, improved the grinding scheme, developed a variety of grinding process schemes such as single ball mill, pre-grinding system ball mill and semi-final system ball mill to achieve low energy consumption and high output of steel slag grinding.
Outstanding advantage
1. The internal silos of the steel slag mill have been reformed and arranged. The number of mill bins is arranged in two-bin or multi-bin structure. The front grinding body of the mill body is steel ball, and the back part is steel section. The steel ball is used to strengthen the crushing capacity of the mill to adapt to the high-difficulty grinding characteristics of the material, so that the crushing capacity of the mill and the grinding capacity reach a balance.
2, the steel slag ball mill front lining plate with strong lifting ability of the ladder lining plate to strengthen the impact crushing capacity of the ball mill, the rear using small corrugated lining plate and activated lining plate used to stimulate the movement of the steel section to eliminate the "retention area" in the mill, strengthen the movement of the steel section, enhance the grinding capacity of the steel section.
3. Steel ball and steel section grinding medium are made of materials with good wear resistance to adapt to the characteristics of strong corrosion of steel slag.
4, the steel slag mill adopts the section material separation device and the material level adjustment discharge device to avoid the micro steel section leaking out of the mill, and plays the role of controlling the material flow rate and adjusting the ratio of material to ball.
5, according to different material particle size, performance, there are single ball grinding, closed circuit, roller presser pre-grinding, roller presser semi-final combined grinding and other process options to meet a variety of steel slag grinding capacity production needs.
Working principle
The steel slag grinding scheme of single ball mill is generally provided with 2 ~ 4 silo. The material enters the ball mill evenly through the feeding screw of the feeding device. The ball mill is equipped with lining plates and grinding media of different specifications, and the friction force and centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cylinder bring the grinding medium to a certain height and then fall down to impact and grind the material. The grinding work is completed until the powder material is discharged through the discharge grate at the end of the grinding.
