TD bucket elevator adopts rubber belt as traction component, mainly used for vertical transport of loose density ρ < 1.5t/m³ powder, granular, small block no grinding, small grinding material, the temperature of the material transported by ordinary rubber belt does not exceed 60℃, the temperature of the steel tape can reach 80℃, and the temperature of the heat-resistant rubber belt material generally does not exceed 150℃. Working principle
The traction part of the TD bucket elevator is a rubber belt, and the hopper is fixed on the rubber belt at a certain interval. The rubber belt goes around the drum at the bottom and the head of the lifting machine respectively to form a closed ring system with rising loaded branches and falling unloaded branches; When working, the driving device arranged in the head of the lifting machine transmits power to the rubber belt and the hopper through the head drum, and the material enters the hopper from the feed port at the bottom of the lifting machine, and the hopper lifts the material to the discharge port at the head. Under the combined action of centrifugal force and gravity, the material in the hopper is discharged through the discharge port.
