Titanium dioxide rotary kiln

Titanium dioxide rotary kiln product introduction
The structure of this series of rotary kilns is the same as that of ordinary rotary kilns. The cylinder body is welded by steel plate, mounted at an Angle, supported on the support wheel device, driven by the main motor, reducer and big gear ring, and the refractory insulation layer is laid inside the kiln. When working, the kiln tail is fed, the kiln head is discharged and the fuel is fed through the burner. It has the characteristics of thorough calcining, uniform quality, good quality, large production capacity, high operation rate and simple operation.

1, the rotary kiln configuration is flexible, wide range of scale, suitable for large, medium and small titanium dioxide production calcination.
2, rotary kiln is open calcining, kiln body structure is simple, uniform heating, product quality is stable, low rate of production and overburning.
3, the kiln head is equipped with a vertical cooler or a single barrel cooling machine can cool titanium white, achieve waste heat recovery and utilization, but also easy to transfer and transport the next production link.

Working principle
The salt treated metatitanate slurry or particles are added by the end of the kiln, because of the slope and slow rotation of the rotary kiln, the material in the kiln with circular motion, constantly rolling, but also moving towards the kiln head. The fuel is fed and burned by the kiln head, and the material is heated by the hot air in the process of moving to the kiln head to complete the process of drying, desulfurization, crystal conversion and particle growth, and is calcined into titanium white and discharged from the kiln head.
