Working principle
The dust containing gas enters the ash hopper (type A) or ash box (type C) by the air inlet, and then passes through the filter bag or directly after the air inlet (type B) through the filter bag. The coarse particles settle in the ash hopper, ash box or bin due to gravity and inertia, and the fine dust is blocked by the filter bag in the bag wall. The filtered clean gas flows through the filter bag to the air duct and then discharged into the atmosphere. With the increase of filtration time, the dust on the inner surface of the filter bag is gradually increased, and the resistance of the air flow through is also gradually increased. When a certain resistance value is reached (such as 1500Pa), it is necessary to start cleaning so that the dust collector can continue to work. When cleaning, manual or automatic control can be selected according to the need. The suction fan must be turned off first, and the vibration cleaning oscillation device must be opened to vibrate the filter bag to clean the ash and shake the dust in the bag. When the resistance drops to a certain value (such as 1000Pa), the dust removal is stopped manually or automatically, the extraction fan is restarted, and the dust collector enters the filtering state, and so on.
