The ball mill purchased this time is a wind-swept ball mill, which is used for the preparation of pulverized coal fuel required for cement production. The design time is 10 tons. In July 2018, the two parties signed the purchase contract, and the equipment was shipped in November 2018. Based on the friendly cooperation between the two parties, three sets of cement rotary kiln supporting wheel bearing sets were ordered and completed delivery in April 2020.


In this project, the production scheme design and equipment development of the wind-swept ball mill are contracted by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery; The data of 3 sets of bearing groups for cement rotary kilns are measured by our company and converted into equipment manufacturing drawings.


II. Solution


This time we supply 1 set of air-swept ball mill with an hourly production of 10 tons of pulverized coal, and rent 3 sets of cement rotary kiln supporting wheel shafts. This project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:


1) Process selection. The selection of the popular domestic wind-swept coal mill system for raw pulverized coal grinding, wind transport, closed production, can avoid the phenomenon of pulverized coal leakage and dust in other process systems, and reduce the safety risks of spontaneous combustion and explosion of leaked pulverized coal.


2) The rolling bearing is used to support the grinding body, which can save 15% of electric energy compared with ordinary plain bearings. At both ends, double-row aligning roller bearings are used instead of plain bearings, thereby transforming the original sliding friction into rolling friction, reducing the friction and resistance, thereby saving power consumption and cost, and prolonging the service life.


3) The bearing group of rotary kiln support wheel will guide customers to measure the required size data remotely, and design the processing drawings for customers free of charge according to the measured data, so that the spare parts and the existing equipment specifications are consistent and compatible with each other.


4) Roller bearing group of rotary kiln adopts rolling bearing, which has reduced friction, convenient installation and maintenance, stable and reliable operation compared with plain bearing.
