Vertical preheater
Product introduction: The vertical preheater in the lime production mainly uses the kiln tail high temperature exhaust gas to preheat, heat and dry the limestone before entering the kiln, which not only meets the production demand, improves the production efficiency, but also makes full use of waste heat, saving energy and reducing cost.

Vertical preheater product introduction
The vertical preheater is used in conjunction with the rotary kiln to preheat raw materials with poor thermal stability, such as active lime or dolomite. Vertical preheating device for preheating refractory materials. It has the characteristics of reasonable structure, high thermal efficiency and high automation level, but it can not make full use of crushed materials (requiring feed particles 18 ~ 50mm) and is not suitable for raw materials with poor thermal stability.
Outstanding advantage
1, the key parts of the rotary kiln preheater push head and body are heat-resistant steel, can work normally at 1000 ~ 1100℃ high temperature, with a long service life;
2, the refractory brick lining structure of the rotary kiln preheater has novel design and good sealing, which can ensure that the material is evenly preheated in the preheater and reaches the preheating temperature;
3, the rotary kiln preheater effectively recovers the heat taken away by the kiln tail gas emissions, improves the fuel utilization rate of the system, and is also conducive to dust removal;
4, rotary kiln preheater calcining system using vertical preheater, can shorten the length of the rotary kiln, reduce the surface of the rotary kiln heat loss and occupy an area.
Working principle
At the same time, under the action of the induced draft fan at the end of the kiln, the high-temperature flue gas generated by the calcination of the rotary kiln is drawn to the inside of the preheater. When the high-temperature flue gas passes through the material layer, heat exchange occurs with it, and the material is preheated to more than 800℃. Then the heat-resistant steel pusher driven by several hydraulic cylinders pushes the preheated material out in turn. Each heat-resistant steel push head is controlled by a separate hydraulic cylinder, and according to the needs of the process, the interval time between the push heads can be adjusted by the PLC control system. The preheated material enters the tail of the rotary kiln through the feeding chute and the transfer chute for calcining.
