Product introduction of ball mill with sieve
The difference between the ball mill with screen mill and the ordinary ball mill is that there is a screen plate with hole in the discharge port, which has the function of grading while crushing and grinding the material. The company has three specifications and models with screen ball mill, 0.5-1.1t/h, the end plate and lining plate use high manganese steel, the screen is made of carbon steel, and can be adjusted according to user needs, reliable operation, stable and energy saving.

Working principle
With the screening mill comes with a screen to form a closed grinding and screening circulation system. When the mill rotates, the steel ball is driven by a stepped lining plate under the action of friction, and the material is highly crushed due to the impact and grinding of the moving steel ball. The crushed material is discharged through the screen plate with holes and enters the screen partition. The material with qualified particle size is unloaded through the screen, and the material on the screen is returned to the mill through the material guide plate, so that the product particle size can be better controlled.
