XCF/KYF aerated agitation flotation machine product introduction
XCF type and KYF type flotation machines are aerated flotation machines, their impeller diameter is small, the circular speed is low, can reduce the power of 30-50%; An air distributor is arranged in the groove, so that the air is evenly dispersed, and the impeller acts as a centrifugal pump, which can make the solid particles fully suspended; The U-shaped channel structure can minimize the deposition of tail sand. The structure of the impeller and the clearance channel of the blade are reasonable, the wear of the impeller is uniform, and the service life of the impeller and stator is long.
KYF machine has no self-imbibition pulp ability, low power; XCF type has self-priming pulp ability, can be placed horizontally, do not need foam pump, but the power consumption is slightly higher than KYF, so generally XCF type and high KYF type are configured into units, XCF type is suction tank, KYF type is DC tank, the combined unit can be placed horizontally, do not need foam pump.

Working principle
When the impeller rotates, the upper blade of the impeller pumps to the ore and the middle ore, and the pulp in the tank is sucked from the lower end of the impeller to the lower blade of the impeller. At the same time, low-pressure air is fed by the blower and enters the lower blade of the impeller through the distributor. The pulp and air are fully mixed between the lower blade of the impeller and discharged from the periphery of the lower blade of the impeller. The discharged pulp and air mixture, together with the pulp discharged from the upper blade, enters the main pulp in the tank after steady flow and orientation by the stator installed around the impeller. The mineralized bubbles rise to the upper surface of the slurry in the tank to form a foam layer, and overflow from the overflow tank. Part of the slurry in the tank returns to the lower blade of the impeller for circulation, and the other part enters the next tank through the flow hole on the wall of the tank.
