XJ, SF type self-priming stirring flotation machine adopts a new structure of forward-leaning tank body, double impeller, equipped with a diversion tube and false bottom device, the slurry in the tank is carried out in a fixed flow mode, which is conducive to the suspension of coarse particles, self-suction air, self-priming pulp, without foam pump.

Working principle
When the impeller rotates, a negative pressure zone is formed in the impeller cavity, and the air is sucked into the impeller cavity through the suction tube and the center cylinder, while the pulp is also sucked into the impeller cavity through the circulation on the center cylinder and the cover plate. The gas-liquid mixing is completed here, and the mixed pulp is separated from the impeller blade with large tangential and radial momentum, and dispersed into the groove through the cover plate more evenly. A large number of mineralized bubbles and part of the pulp rise to the upper part of the flotation cell, the scraper will scrape the foam out, the remaining pulp back to the lower part for recycling.
