I. Project overview


In June 2015, Yemen Cement Manufacturing Co., Ltd. planned to build a cement grinding station due to the demand of the cement market. After contacting our company online, the customer recognized and trusted our company's processing strength and project cases through multiple investigations and comparisons, and signed a set of cement grinding preparation equipment with Zhengkuang Machinery in January 2017. The grinding system mainly includes single-stage square box hammer crusher, ball mill, o-sepa high-efficiency powder separator, cement storage bin, bucket elevator, conveyor and other equipment. The production program design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning are all completed by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD. From September 25 to October 22, 2017, the whole set of equipment was shipped from Jiangyin Port.


The whole set of cement grinding system process, civil engineering design, equipment manufacturing, installation and commissioning are all undertaken by Henan Zhengkuang Machinery Co., LTD. This set of grinding system produces 70 tons of cement, using pre-crushing and high-efficiency powder separator, multiple feeding points and reasonable setting of bag dust collector, etc., has the characteristics of energy saving, environmental protection and high productivity.



II. Solution


This project mainly adopts clinker pre-crushing, material grinding, efficient powder selection, cement storage, warehouse screening, factory measurement, multi-point dust collection and other solutions to solve the key problems in the construction of cement grinding station, with outstanding advantages, which are as follows:


1) The grinding clinker, limestone and other materials are pre-broken with a single section square box hammer crusher. Compared with the single ball mill grinding system, it is more energy saving, that is, the material is pre-crushed to the appropriate particle size before entering the ball mill, sharing the crushing function of the ball mill part, so that the ball mill is more focused on grinding. It has been proved that this scheme is more efficient than a single billiard ball mill, which can greatly increase production capacity and reduce energy consumption.


2) The company's large ball mill equipment is used for material grinding. The barrel diameter is 4.2 meters and the cement production time is 85t. It is a cement production grinding equipment. The combined use of the ball mill and the crusher pre-crushing system can play the role of the ball mill grinding, the front part of the mill is installed with small corrugated liner, and the back part is installed with flat liner, which is suitable for cement fine grinding production, avoiding the disadvantages of low output and high energy consumption caused by the poor crushing capacity of the ball mill.


3) The o-sepa high-efficiency powder separator and ball mill are used to form a closed-circuit circulation system. After separation, the fine powder is put into the warehouse as the finished product, and the coarse powder continues to be ground. Compared with centrifugal and air sorting machine, the sorting machine has the advantages of novel structure, small volume, large processing capacity, clear classification mechanism, high sorting efficiency, wide product size adjustment range (product range in 280-650m2/kg), simple and convenient operation and small maintenance workload.


4) There are two steel silos for cement storage, vibration screen is set under the silo, and the factory is set for weighbridge measurement. The vibrating screen is set under the warehouse to prevent the quality risk caused by cement caking in the process of leaving the factory, and the weighbridge is set to facilitate the control of cement loading and sales measurement.


5) The use of pulse bag dust collector for multi-material point dust collection, the emission is less than 30mg/Nm3, to avoid dust unorganized emission, to meet the requirements of environmental protection.
