Working principle
ZKH series clean type strong mixer is a mixing equipment which applies the principle of countercurrent relative movement to disperse and mix materials repeatedly. The working principle is: The rotor is inclined to be installed at a specific Angle, and a high-speed mixing rotor is arranged at its eccentric position. When the rotor rotates clockwise at a low speed, the material is continuously sent into the running track of the high-speed anti-clockwise rotating mixing blade. With the help of the rotating cylinder and the action of the scraper, a specific three-dimensional space flow field conducive to mixing is formed. The material can be fully turned and mixed in the shortest possible time to achieve efficient and uniform treatment effect.
