ZKZL series clean type strong granulator is based on absorbing and learning from foreign mature technology, combined with the current production status of oil fracturing proppant research and development, mainly used in oil fracturing proppant (ceramic sand) production, can also be used in pulverized coal, limestone, coal gangue, clay and other powdery, granular, small pieces of material into pellets.
Outstanding advantage
1, the whole process of granulation is carried out in the completely closed drum, and the inside of the drum is a slightly negative pressure state, no dust pollution, clean and environmental protection;
2, the whole process of feeding - mixing - nucleation - granulation - shaping is controlled by computer using PLC, reducing labor, easy operation, high degree of automation;
3, the rotor surface after wear-resistant treatment into the action balance, to ensure that it has good motion stability, reliability and wear resistance at high speed, and then make the machine work smoothly and reliably;
4. The surface of the scraper is wear-resistant, and the bottom and wall of the drum are equipped with wear-resistant lining, so the whole drum component has a high service life.
Working principle
ZKZL series clean type strong granulator is mainly composed of drum, rotor assembly, scraper device, discharge device, frame and so on. The working principle is to use the reverse motion between the rotor rotating at a low speed in the clockwise direction and the rotor rotating at a high speed in the counterclockwise direction to stir the material at a high speed. The bottom and wall of the rotor are arranged with scrapers respectively. While cleaning the inner wall layer of the rotor, the scrapers work together with the tilting cylinder to change the direction of the material to form a specific flow field. The powdery material is nucleated by "kneading" in the process of high-speed movement and then granulated into balls.
