ZSW series vibrating feeder is mainly used for continuous and uniform feed before coarse breaking crusher, and can screen fine material at the same time. Increase the crusher capacity. Optional stepless speed regulating motor, easy to control the feed amount, no need to start the motor frequently.

Working principle

ZSW series vibration feeder is mainly composed of vibration frame, spring, vibrator, motor vibration frame and motor. The exciter is composed of two eccentric shafts in a specific position with gear meshing, and the two gears must be meshed according to the mark when assembled. Through the motor drive, the two eccentric shafts rotate, resulting in a huge linear exciting force, so that the body on the support spring to do forced vibration, the material is the vibration as the power, sliding and throwing motion on the trough, so that the material forward to achieve the purpose of feeding. When the material passes through the sieve bar on the tank body, the smaller material can fall through the gap without going through the next crushing process.
