This project smelting zinc oxide with lead water slag is a solid waste processing line project, so the equipment requirements have high safety and reliability.
Through many technical communication with various manufacturers in the early stage, the process and automation control technology of the equipment were repeatedly communicated and determined to determine the process technology plan based on Zhengkuang as the standard as a unified platform. In the business negotiation, Zhengkuang also won the recognition of customers with the complete supply scope and detailed production, installation, commissioning and after-sales guarantee plan, and determined Zhengkuang as the supplier of this project.
In June 2017, the two sides signed the purchase contract of the secondary zinc oxide rotary kiln, and the commissioning and acceptance were completed in April 2018.
II. Solution
This project is a newly built project, and the secondary zinc oxide industry is a small industry without a professional design institute to sort out the parameters of the calculation system, so it can only be optimized based on the existing production parameters and problems. Since raw materials and products are powdery, site environmental management is very difficult. In addition, the production process of secondary zinc oxide is that the kiln head needs to pump a lot of air, and the wind pressure imbalance of the entire production line will lead to positive pressure smoke of the kiln head, so after the careful calculation of Zheng mine engineers, the parameters of the system fan are determined through the calculation of various data.
As this project is a new project, the customer's terrain conditions have a height difference and sufficient area, so the engineer decided to put the raw material batching granulation system on the low platform. The dust collection system is placed on the high platform to achieve zoning management, and the site environment is improved.
After 3 months of installation, commissioning, training, the customer's workers can skillfully operate the system equipment, in Zheng mine after-sales engineers patient training and explanation of the workers on the reliability of this equipment, safety are very recognized, the original worry about the industry problem kiln head smoke also because the kiln tail fan parameters are reasonable and solved!
