The project owner is a supplier of zirconium sand. This project uses 75 micron zirconium sand as raw material and adopts two grinding forms: dry continuous grinding and wet intermittent grinding, which mainly generates 45 micron zirconium sand.
II. Design principles
1, wet intermittent mill belt drive, both ends of the arc shape, so as to ensure that no leakage phenomenon; Ceramic lining plate is selected, and ceramic grinding ball is selected as grinding medium. The customer has the foundation, according to the customer's existing foundation drawings to design and manufacture.
2. Dry continuous mill, feed and discharge parts in contact with materials are made of 304 stainless steel, lining plates are made of ceramic lining, and grinding medium is made of ceramic grinding ball.
3, zirconium sand material can not contact with iron, material contact part with 304 stainless steel material or liner.
