This project is an expanded light aggregate production line with an annual output of 60,000 square meters. The NE15 elevator is mainly used for the lifting and conveying of glass powder, ceramic powder and limestone powder. It has the characteristics of large conveying capacity, high lifting height, good overall stiffness of the housing and tight sealing.
II. Working principle
NE bucket hoist with a special lifting chain as the traction component, the hopper is fixed on the lifting chain at a certain interval, the lifting chain bypassing the lifting head and the sprocket at the bottom to form a closed ring system for lifting the loaded branch and lowering the unloaded branch. The transmission device arranged in the head of the lifting machine transmits power to the lifting chain and hopper through the head sprocket; The material flows into the hopper from the feed port at the bottom of the elevator, and the hopper lifts the material to the discharge port at the head of the elevator with the lifting chain. Finally, the material is unloaded from the discharge port under the dual action of centrifugal force and gravity.
NE bucket elevator is mainly composed of the upper device, the lower device, the transmission device, the intermediate housing, the lifting chain, the hopper, the maintenance platform, etc. The main structural characteristics are:
1, the lifting chain is forged from low alloy steel, and the surface strengthening treatment, with high tensile strength and good wear resistance, to prevent the lifting chain deviation;
2, the bottom is provided with a tensioning device, can adjust the tightness of the transmission chain;
3. The middle shell of the hoist is a steel plate bending and welding structure, which has the characteristics of small weight, good stiffness and small welding deformation, significantly improving the overall performance of the equipment;
4, a plurality of access doors are provided on the housing, which can conveniently observe the operating condition of the lifting chain and hopper, and also facilitate the maintenance or replacement of the hopper and lifting chain;
5, between the shell, between the inspection door and the shell are arranged with a sealing device, to achieve clean, environmental protection production;
6. In order to prevent the tension sprocket from tilting after being subjected to unbalanced tension, an automatic aligning mechanism is provided at the lower sprocket device, and aligning itself according to the tension change;
7. The lifting machine is equipped with a reliable backcheck mechanism, which can effectively prevent the traction parts and the load hopper from going backward;
8, according to the characteristics of the lifting material, the feed port is divided into high and low two kinds. Among them, the high level is at a 60° Angle with the horizontal plane, which is used for transporting materials with poor dispersibility such as wet and powder; The lower part is 45° Angle with the horizontal plane, which is used for transporting dry and scattered materials. The high and low setting of the feed port can not only avoid the clogging of the feed port aggregate, but also reduce the operating resistance of the hoist and increase the filling coefficient of the hopper.
