Main equipment: dryer, ball mill, granulator, rotary kiln, cooler, crusher, rotary screen

Main raw materials: bauxite, manganese powder, admixture

Ceramic sand output: 1-100,000 tons/year

Power source: gas, oil or solid fuel, etc

Introduction of ceramic sand production line

Advanced equipment: The ceramic sand granulator developed by our company is a special equipment for the ceramic industry, which has the characteristics of high production efficiency, full automatic control and no dust pollution.

Granulation experiment can be carried out: Our company has a set of granulation experiment production line, which can experiment on customers' incoming materials, find out the granulation process of this material, and guide the actual production.

Environmental protection and pollution-free: The dust removal system of our company's petroleum ceramic production line adopts the design of automatic control system, and the dust removal effect reaches the standard.

Ceramic sand production line process flow:

The bauxite with particle size of 300 ~ 500mm into the factory is crushed and sent to the boiling furnace dryer for drying, and then through the dosing station with manganese powder and admixture, into the grinding system with high efficiency eddy-current separator to prepare the raw powder with fineness of 400 mesh or more. The new granulator developed by Zheng Mine machine is used to make the raw powder into qualified spherules after adding water. The pellets enter the dryer set at the end of the kiln, and use the waste heat of the exhaust gas at the end of the kiln to reduce the moisture of the pellets, and then enter the rotary kiln for calcining after screening. The calcined ceramic sand is cooled by the single cooling machine and screened by the cylinder screen, the qualified different particle sizes are packaged respectively before leaving the factory, and the unqualified pellets are returned to the grinding system. The fuel for calcination in rotary kiln can be gas, oil or solid fuel.
