Evaporation crystallization technology of saline wastewater
1. Overview
In view of the "high salt content" of waste liquid produced in cellulose, salt chemical industry, coal chemical industry and other industries, a three-effect forced circulation evaporation system is used to concentrate crystallization, susaturated crystal slurry is sent to the separator to obtain crystal salt, and the mother liquid is returned to the system to continue to recycle and concentrate after separation.
The device adopts automatic program control. The evaporation of tons of waste water consumes 0.3~0.35 tons of steam.
