Micro silicon powder production line
Microsilica powder, the scientific name of silica fume, is an industrial furnace in the process of smelting industrial silicon and ferrosilicon at high temperature, with the exhaust gas escape of the dust by a special trapping device collected and treated. In the escaped dust, the SiO2 content accounts for about 90% of the total dust, the particle size is very small, and the average particle size is almost the nanometer level, so it is called micro-silicon powder.

Outstanding advantage
1, improve the comprehensive utilization rate of silica, greatly reduce the production cost of the owner;
2, add a small amount of organic adhesive, calcination from room temperature to 1300℃, keep at 1300°C for 15 minutes without softening, but also maintain the original form, high strength, not easy to break, directly into the furnace after granulation;
3, the produced pellets are generally 6 ~ 30mm in size, drying at 200-250℃, or roasting at 900℃, the strength of the made silica ash particles is very high.
