Project Highlights:Precise temperature control + multi-level material lifting technology: Utilizing an intelligent temperature control system to ensure that the drying temperature remains stable within an appropriate range. Combined with the patented material lifting plate design, the phosphorus concentrate powder is heated evenly, with moisture reduced to ≤ 6%. This effectively prevents caking, blockage, over-burning, significantly improving the purity and fluidity of the concentrate powder, and meeting the high-grade raw material requirements for yellow phosphorus smelting.

The combined hot air circulation system, combined with high-temperature resistant insulation layers, achieves a heat utilization rate of over 85%. Compared to traditional equipment, it reduces coal/gas consumption by 30%, and saves over one million yuan in fuel costs annually.
Intelligent operation and maintenance, halving of labor costs: The PLC automated control system can monitor temperature, rotational speed and air volume in real time. It supports one-click start and stop, as well as fault warning, reducing the need for manual intervention and lowering the difficulty of operation and maintenance.
