High-temperature cracking + intelligent purification


High-temperature oxygen-free cracking at 600-800℃ effectively decomposes the organic components in the battery, with a cracking rate exceeding 98%. The exhaust gas treatment adopts a two-stage purification scheme to ensure that the VOCs emissions are far superior to the national standards.


All-dimensional intelligent sorting system


It integrates screening, magnetic separation, air separation and specific gravity separation. The purity of black powder and copper and aluminum separation is as high as over 99.5%, and the recovery rate of copper and aluminum exceeds 97%, achieving the utilization of resources.

By adopting the coupling technology of hydrometallurgy and pyrometallurgical roasting, the purity of recovered cobalt, nickel and manganese reached 99.8%, and the lithium recovery rate exceeded 85%, fully meeting the raw material requirements for high-end cathode materials.
