I. Project overview

This equipment is mainly used to replace the ring hammer crusher in the old production line of a building materials company, and re-improve the equipment structure design and material to meet customer requirements; After replacement, the equipment solves the problem of serious wear of the hammer head and grate plate of the old equipment.

II. Solution

1. The grate plate is thickened, and the hammer head and grate plate are made of high wear-resistant alloy material to solve the serious problem of wear;

2, the grate discharge port adopts conical design, making the material more smooth and not easy to plug;

3, the overall operation of the equipment is stable, low noise, easy to operate;

4, the side end cover adopts removable design to facilitate the later cleaning of internal materials.
