In November 2018, the main industry in Mozambique due to the production of limestone gravel needs to buy a small complex swinging jaw crusher of my company, the import size is 150×250 (mm) in December 2018, the equipment is manufactured and arranged for delivery.

II. Solution

The supply of complex jaw crusher 1 set, the export particle size 20-60mm, the maximum feeding particle size 210mm, mainly adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:

1) Gasket type discharge port adjustment device, reliable and convenient, large adjustment range, increase the flexibility of the equipment.

2) The jaw plate is made of high strength manganese steel, one molding casting, with wear resistance, pressure resistance, long life and other characteristics.

3) Simple structure, reliable work, low operating costs, safe and reliable lubrication system, easy parts replacement.

4) High production efficiency, large crushing ratio, uniform product particle size, low energy consumption, low noise, less dust.
