In February 2013, Fugu County metal magnesium production line project purchased from our company for calcining dolomite 12.5t/h rotary kiln and auxiliary equipment large Angle belt conveyor, vertical cooler, combustion system, refractory materials, electrical and instrument automatic control.


II. Solution

Storage and transportation screening system


Qualified dolomite with particle size of 10 ~ 50mm is transported to the factory and stacked in the material yard for storage. Reserves are considered according to the amount required for one month of production.


The dolomite in the yard is transported to the dolomite bin by the loader, and is uniformly fed to the belt conveyor by the vibration feeder. After screening by the screening floor, the qualified material is sent to the preheater bin by the high inclination belt conveyor, and the waste is sent to the waste plant by the belt conveyor through the chute and carried away by the trolley regularly.


Calcining system


Choose energy-saving and environment-friendly rotary kiln with vertical preheater and vertical cooler. The qualified dolomite from the high Angle conveyor enters the top bin of the vertical preheater of the rotary kiln, enters the preheater through the material pipe to exchange heat with the high temperature flue gas flowing in from the rotary kiln, preheats the material to more than 800℃, falls to the transfer chute, enters the rotary kiln to be calcined into active calcined white at 1250℃, and then dumps it into the cooler, where the high temperature calcined white is exchanged with the cold air pumped in by the fan. The active calcined white is cooled below 100 ° C and the air is preheated to 600 ° C. After cooling, the activated calcined white is discharged from the cooler and transported to the ball making workshop by the scale conveyor.


Production process automation and control


The various operating parameters required by the process operation are led to the computer control system, and according to their importance, they are indicated, adjusted, recorded, integrated, alarm and interlock, etc., to achieve process control, sequence control and logic control.
