I. Project background:
The comprehensive utilization project of zinc smelting slag in its comprehensive recycling workshop requires a set of 4t/h pulverized coal preparation system. Through bidding, ZhengMine machinery won the bid with professional technology and reliable process equipment, and the project was put into operation after installation and commissioning in April 2018.
II. Project Introduction:
Scope of supply: raw coal feeding system; Natural gas hot blast furnace system; Coal vertical grinding system; Explosion-proof pulverized coal dust collector system; Nitrogen protection system; Pulverized coal bin pump conveying system; DCS control and interlocking system.
Process flow: Raw coal enters the original coal bunker cache through the feeding system through vibration feeder, belt conveyor and two iron stripper, and the belt weighing feeder evenly feeds to the vertical mill; The vertical mill uses the hot air of the hot blast furnace and the pressure of the grinding roller to grind and dry the pulverized coal, and forms a closed circuit system with the classifier. The qualified fineness of pulverized coal is pumped into the explosion-proof bag dust collector by the induced draft fan, and the pulverized coal enters the pulverized coal bin, and the gas is filtered through the filter bag. The pulverized coal is driven into the intermediate silo by pipeline using nitrogen as the medium through the bin pump system.
III. Project Indicators:
Raw coal feed size: < 30mm
Raw coal water content: 8%-15%
Gas consumption of hot blast stove: 35-45m3/min
Fineness of coal powder: -200 mesh > 80%
Vertical mill hot air inlet temperature: 210-250℃
Outlet temperature of vertical mill: 65-70℃
Output: 3.5-4.5t/h
