Sand and stone aggregate is commonly used in the production of fine broken screening and grading, in order to sell according to different particle sizes with different prices. In August 2018, a customer in Malaysia ordered 1 set of GS drum screen and supporting equipment from our company due to the needs of sand aggregate production classification. The two sides signed a purchase contract in August 2018, and the equipment was manufactured in October of the same year, and the shipment was arranged.
II. Solution
The model is GS12x45, with a designed production capacity of 5t/h. The equipment has the following advantages:
1) The screen has a large area compared with other screen types, and the screen is in full contact with the material during the production process, and the screening efficiency is high.
2) The specifications of each screen are different, and the screen aperture is arranged from small to large to achieve multi-level screening.
3) The equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient layout, and suitable for screening of a variety of bulk materials.
4) High structural strength, reliable operation, low noise, easy maintenance and so on.
