The supply equipment of the project is PPC64-6 air box type pulse bag dust collector and auxiliary equipment, supporting centrifugal fan and other equipment, which can handle the intake air concentration is less than 200g/m3, the outlet gas dust concentration is less than 30mg/m3, and can also choose 10mg/m3 or less according to customer demand, and handle the air volume of 22300m3/h. The fan is a supporting centrifugal fan, and the air volume and pressure of the fan are stable. In March 2018, the Saudi customer signed a supply contract with our company, and the equipment was delivered as scheduled in June 2018.
The project full set of equipment manufacturing, design, selection and installation and commissioning technical guidance services are provided by our company.
II. Solution
The supplied equipment is PPC64-6 air box pulse bag dust collector and supporting centrifugal fan. The technicians adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1) According to the customer's work site gas dust concentration, working temperature, emission standards, treatment air volume and other parameters to determine the filter wind speed, treatment air volume for dust collection design and centrifugal fan selection.
2) Ash cleaning method adopts off-line high pressure air pulse cleaning to completely clean ash; Select the material of the bag filter bag according to the working condition temperature, which not only meets the discharge requirements, but also ensures the service life and saves investment.
3) The size of dust collection is accurate, the welding is firm and strict, to ensure no air leakage, no dust, energy saving and emission reduction.
4) The centrifugal fan determines the specifications and models according to the air volume of the bag dust collector. The material selection of the fan impeller has appropriate wear resistance and high temperature resistance, which is the supporting equipment for the dust collector.
