In the building ceramic industry, the wet ceramic ball mill has the characteristics of large output, low energy consumption, high degree of automation, low labor intensity and no dust pollution, and is often used for grinding raw materials for building ceramics. In March 2018, a Russian building ceramics company wanted to purchase a set of ball mill system for grinding ceramic raw materials, and it was required that there should be no iron pollution. After contacting our company, the business staff selected the ceramic ball mill scheme according to its raw material variety, grinding particle size and moisture content requirements, the two sides signed a supply contract in June 2018, and the equipment was manufactured and shipped on schedule in October 2019.
Due to the high moisture of its raw materials and no drying heat source, the wet ceramic ball mill is selected for its production.
II. Solution
This supply ceramic ball mill 1 set, intermittent grinding, the design load of 1.5 tons, this project mainly adopts the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1) Wide range of application: In addition to grinding the material, the ceramic ball mill can also be used in a large stone factory for medium crushing, fine crushing and ultra-fine crushing of the material, and can process a variety of ores.
2) Good energy saving: the ceramic ball mill can start with self-reducing pressure during work, reducing the starting current, so it is more energy saving.
3) Uniform product particle size: Because there is a grate at the discharge port of the ceramic ball mill to control the particle size of its discharge, too large material is difficult to discharge from the discharge port.
4) Select ceramic liner and ceramic ball as the grinding body to avoid the pollution of iron materials and meet the grinding needs.
5) The wet grinding production method is selected to solve the problem that the raw material can not be dried due to large moisture, simplify the production process, save energy and reduce consumption, and make different materials evenly mixed during the grinding process, creating conditions for the next process of production.
