In April 2021, a company in Jiangxi purchased one set of PQW16 disc granulator of our company, which is used to combine fine ore powder, rich ore powder (less than 8mm) and added flux powder to form mixed pelletizing, so as to sintering pellets. The pelletizer has a production capacity of 1-1.5 tons per hour, and the Angle adjustment range is 33-55゜. The equipment has been processed and assembled.
II. Solution
The pelletizing machine is a disc pelletizing machine and supporting devices, with a time of 1-1.5t. The equipment is a kind of equipment that completes pelletizing by spinning mixed materials into balls. Adopt the following solutions to meet customer needs:
1, the ball tray Angle adjustment is convenient, novel structure, light weight, low height, flexible and convenient process layout.
2. The ball forming disc is composed of a disc body and a disc joint. The disc joint can be adjusted up and down along the disc body, and the end of the disc joint is a side flange to ensure that the material ball is not pulled or torn when it is out of the disc.
3. After the frame is welded and the stress is removed, the mating surface is processed in the boring and milling machine to ensure higher assembly accuracy and more stable operation.
4, Angle scraper device, at the same time of clearing the bottom and clearing the edge, and the optimized ball forming disc matching use, so that the ball forming effect is better, qualified ball up to more than 90%.
5, compared with other granulators, the pelletizing process feed, ball continuous without intermittent, to meet the needs of continuous production.
