I. Project overview

This project is applied to magnesium slag granulation, the raw material has a certain moisture, the customer designated PQ36 into two balls. After the visit of the factory, the customer is satisfied with the overall strength of our company, and the contract is signed smoothly.


II, disc ball forming machine features


1. Novel structure, light weight, low height, flexible and convenient process layout;


2, disc granulator Angle adjustment is convenient;


3. The disc granulator is composed of a disc body and a disc joint, which can be adjusted up and down along the disc body, and the end of the disc joint is a side flange to ensure that the material ball will not be pulled and torn when the disc is out;


4. After the frame is welded and the stress is removed, the mating surface is processed on the boring and milling machine to ensure higher assembly accuracy and smoother operation of the whole machine;


5, by the non-power combined scraper and Angle scraper composed of the scraper device, clean the bottom, clean the edge at the same time, with the optimized ball forming disc matching use, so that the ball forming effect is better.
