However, its utilization area is small, the equipment is heavy, the power consumption is high, and the particle size of the pellets is uneven with poor strength.
5. Twin-roller Granulator. The twin-roller granulator is mainly used for manufacturing building silica bricks. It achieves granulation by squeezing between the two rollers, and the finished product is typically cylindrical with a diameter of 8-14mm. The structure is simple, and operation and maintenance are convenient. However, the roller skins are wear-prone components, and the general replacement cycle is 6 months.
