I. Project overview
This project uses a rotary kiln to incinerate comprehensive hazardous chemical waste, and decomposes dioxins in the flue gas at a high temperature above 1100℃ in the secondary combustion chamber at the end of the kiln to achieve harmless disposal of solid (hazardous) waste. The two sides signed a supply contract in July 2019, with a daily processing capacity of 30t. The design, manufacture, installation and commissioning of rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber equipment are all completed by our company.
II. Solution
The project adopts the supporting equipment of rotary kiln and secondary combustion chamber for the comprehensive hazardous waste treatment of chemical industry, which has a unique scheme and good effect.
It has the following characteristics:
1, the incineration technology can not only meet all the environmental requirements of hazardous waste (medical waste) harmless treatment, but also the recommended technology for solving hazardous waste in our country.
2. Wide application range, strong material adaptability, large processing capacity, strong moisture resistance fluctuation. The furnace heat load is large, the material incineration is complete, enough to cope with the complete incineration of a large number of hazardous wastes, even if the calorific value and moisture content of the material have some fluctuations, it can be completely incinerated.
3. The flue gas temperature at the exit of the rotary kiln is 800 ~ 850℃, which can decompose the harmful components in the comprehensive hazardous waste, and the flue gas is heated and burned again after entering the secondary combustion chamber, and stays for more than 2 seconds in the high temperature zone of more than 1100℃ to remove the dioxins in the flue gas.
